Everything begins with an opportunity and an idea about how to meet that opportunity. Ideas come from our observations, needs and interactions with others and from client requests.
In this phase we begin looking at ways we might meet the needs and objectives of the idea. We look at what we are trying to accomplish, what the constraints might be, what environmental issues or conditions exist and what is currently unavailable on the market. From this process we create a design for the product.
